Where are you based?

We are based on Canada’s west coast, in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within Canada, to select provinces - Alberta, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario and Prince Edward Island.

We plan to add shipping availability to Saskatchewan and Manitoba in early 2026.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship to Quebec, Northwest Territories, Nunavut or Yukon.

Do you offer free local pick up for orders?

Yes! If you are in the greater Vancouver area, we offer free local pick up at The Wild Bunch Flowers & Foliage.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow up to 72 hours for us to process your order - your tracking number will be sent out to you once your order is on the way! Our aim is to ship orders within 5 days. Notifications for local pick ups will be sent out when your order is ready.

What is your return policy?

It’s our hope that you're completely satisfied with your order, but in the chance that you are not, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the items being shipped to you. You will be provided with a shop credit.

The cost of shipping will not be refunded.

Items returned to us must be unopened, in their original packaging and in resellable condition. JAANA ASHLEY reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet this criteria.

Do you offer skin consultations or facials?

We have taken a pause on in-person treatments for the foreseeable future…however, we’re launching some exciting offerings in early 2026 - keep your eyes open!
